Trying to get some trainers for my Pa- keeps getting stuck once I click 'buy it now'

But in other news I finally got one Achica order. Had to pay postage but that's ok :) Two free presents

I had a few window open. When it got stuck at the payment stage, I refreshed another window and it would show in the top right hand corner that I had one item in my bag, and I checked out from that one

It took me over 2 hours to do mine, everything just kept freezing. I really really want these to arrive, I'm giggling every time I think of the hubby opening the box :D

Hi, I rang them yesterday (I had received a confirmation email but not the second email saying that the glitch would be honoured). The guy I spoke to was really helpful, knew all about the 'glitch' and said that they are all being processed. He checked my order number and it wasn't on the list of orders already processed, so he did it for me while I was on the phone - did the credit check and made sure the whole order was fully processed. He said I should get the sim in a couple of days. Looks like everyone will get them, but by giving them a call mine was done sooner than it might have been. By the way, I called them on the number on SayNoTo0870. HTH :j

Right behind the confirmation e-mails for those in my inbox was a t-mobile one :j to say my sims are on their way :j

I'm so excited! It'd be great if they honour it. My Dad really needs some new trainers for the gym. His old ones are falling to pieces. Mrs Stinkface I know what you mean....opening these on Christmas morning! :D
