I looked at my Tesco wine receipt earlier

I bought 3 bottles of kumala Shiraz and 3 of kumala Chenin

The receipt shows £10 for 2

    It shows the 25% discount

But it also shows a 2 for £5 discount too

    Is that a new thing?
if I read this right that would mean [STRIKE]you paid 25p per bottle[/STRIKE] PROOF:rotfl:
EDIT it would mean they paid you £3,75 each one

from what I'm seeing it is usaully the 1st doc you watch that becomes your favourite....

In my case then it has to be William Hartnell. Saw the very first episode way back when (showing my age now!) Remember being terrified by Daleks!!!

  • The small glitch on the Tassimo pods in Morries is still working. As there are all different prices the tills can't work out the right discounts so they just have 2 discounts.
    £2.58 and £3.98

I got my sums wrong and got 1 latte machiatto and 1 cappuccino

    £4.29 + £3.89 = £8.18 - £2.58 = £5.60

    2 @ £4.99 would be £6 - £3.98 discount
    2 @ £4.49 would be £5 - £3.98 discount
    2 @ £4.29 would be £6 - £2.58 discount
    2 @ £3.99 would be £5.40 - £2.58 discount
    2 @ £3.89 would be £5.20 - £2.58 discount

    The best would be
    £4.49 + £4.29 = £8.78 - £3.98 = £4.80
