Monarch Air 5 hour delay,

:T i have just started proceedings, MONARCH AIR, MCOL., I have filled in all there forms, claim rejected, technical problems, flight planner broke. i then sent claim to CAA, they sent back to monarch to look at again, another 8 weeks. I have have filled in all the forms and paid the fees. I WOUNDER IF ANYONE AS DONE THE SAME TO MONARCH. I would be very interested in any advice or feed back. The fight was MON303 on the 29/8/2008, from Manchester. the flight was delayed 5 hours 30 minutes, The fight was to sanford florida.
