Melasma

2 years ago I developed Melasma on both cheeks, forehead & upper lip. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands of pounds on products and none have worked
I'm not pregnant or on the pill, so those 2 things are definitely not the cause of it.
I'm happy to spend money on a product that actually works, but I feel that I am fluttering money on products that don't do what they claim to do.
Has anyone else experienced Melasma? Is there a cost effective way of removing it? Any help would be appreciated.
