I won a family ticket to Cadbury world in september from www.toothpasteonyourtshirt.co.uk it was a rafflecopter entry, I was told the tickets would be sent to me but now the site owner doesnt even reply to my emails is there anything I can do?

tried the facebook message and no reply do my next step is the IPM link, I have never had this happen before has anyone gone via this route with any sucess? X0

I've used the IPM twice on prompting from more experienced MSE'rs and both times it has been resolved almost immediately, once he's involved and sends them an email it's usually enough for the company to honour the prize.
Remember to include all emails you've received and sent and even a link to original competition, helps speed things up.
