Facebook and Twitter comps

Hi, I have just joined the comp circuit and many thanks for all the work that goes into supplying the seemingly endless list of comps! I get a bit confused with how to enter the FB and TW comps...could someone please enlighten me. I have FB and TW accts. Thanks.

On FB it could be any of the following. Links and instructions will always be in the comp post on here so just follow what they say
- Liking a page and entering via an app
- Just liking a page
- Liking a page and Liking a certain post.
- Liking a page, Liking a post and sharing it.
- Tagging someone in a comment
- Writing a comment/story/guessing the number of something

On twitter it is usually just Follow and Retweet.
Sometimes you have to Follow and write your own tweet.
Again the Links and instructions will be in the comp post on here so are always easy to enter/know how to enter.

When I joined here I didn't even know what Twitter was!
Now it's where I seem to enter most comps

don't overdo the like and shares on facebook though as you could get banned
