  • go online and search for vouchers you will use, just print them out. All the food, etc is all vouchers, except fresh veg/fruit.
    Any fresh fruit and veg, chop up and freeze into portion sizes in the food ziplock bags from the pound store.
    My fabric softner/soap (2 in 1) is 1 from the pound store, or brought with vouchers.

    buy your fruit and veg from the market too..

    cook in bulk, and freeze meals for later dates.

    I'm sure there is more you could do, but I'm learning myself too
