ok got a Genral form of judgement or order.
it ordered the DCA to hand in all documents they rely on evidence in court by a cretin time.
the DCA handed them in days late.
does this mean court can struck it out?

I think the court can allow it? Perhaps ask on the legal boards on leaglebeagles and CAG sites? They have people clued up on procedure.it ordered the DCA to hand in all documents they rely on evidence in court by a cretin time.
Appropriate typo for a DCA.

Are you sure that's what it is? As far as I'm aware, a general form of Judgement is the decision of the court. What is the number on the document?0

n24 general form of judgment or order0

I think form N244 is what you can use to have a judgement set aside, and pay for it but, without knowing a bit more background I wouldn't like to guess.0

Hi Dinky
Just a bit more context would be helpful if you can.
What had happened prior to this stage? Who was it that actually initiated court action? I am assuming that the DCA sued you and that you have entered a defence of some description, but perhaps you could clarify things?
In the meantime, the N24 as RK says is just a notice of the judgment or order granted by the court.

well they trying to sue, I am helping someone who is classed a vulnerable person mental grounds ( hence why I am helping).
The solicitor for DCA was told of their vunrability and they ignored it and carryed on with nasty letters. We always asked for proof of debt so we would pay, and they have showed nothing.
We defended claim, then after two weeks of the order they pass CCA to court! when after months and months we asked for it.0 -

You mention that you defended the claim, was there a hearing?
