A couple of years ago I lost my house, the bailiffs were called in and i was charged thousands to be thrown out of my home. can i reclaim any of these fees from the mortgage company in a similar way to bank charges

I wouldnt think so. presumably you wer repossessed because you hadnt paid the lender so it probably cost them thousands to get you out.I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0
