Help with Debtors Bankruptcy Petition

Hi i've got to question 4 ii and iii on the form and am now well and truly stuck, the reason being is that in april 2011 my husband and i entered into an IVA but only made payment until sept 2011 it failed in July 2012 and we have not made any further arrangements with any creditors, how do we complete this section regarding composition. Do i cross out any of this section and also section iii do i put the date of the IVA in there, i have managed to fill in all the other forms and was hoping someone may have the answer, thanks in anticipation.

You would cross through the non applicable parts, and put the IVA date in the section that reads.

On (j) ................ I entered into a voluntary arrangement

However, if you are not sure then you can just leave it. The bankruptcy clerk at the court can help you quickly fill in any sections you are not sure of when you hand the forms in.

just one last question re the composition not really sure what it means but am i right in thinking that i cross out the section that starts :On (j) for section ii as i have not made arrangements with them since the IVA failing. thanks
