But what is lean, we should all be able to work out price per kilo from price per 675g but I've seen 25% fat described as lean.
I like to know what it is before I buy

When you pick it out the fridge just look at the label and you will know.

Or would you like someone to run round to Morrisons and have a look for you?

Pretty sure the one I picked up said 12% (well, the two I picked up but you know what I mean).
    :o

I am really enjoying these deals. They are saving me heaps of money. Picked up the tonic water for my mum and dad as well. My dad suffers from leg cramps a lot and the quinine helps. He can drink a whole bottle in a night so 6 bottles for the price of 2 is a bargain for us.

    Thanks for the post.

  • Lean is less than 12% fat but if you'd really wanted to know you would have gone to the morrisons website to check for yourself. Thought I was being helpful putting the price per kg, so people can check easily on other supermarkets websites as they don't often have a like for like pack quantity!

I just like all the important facts.
The only thing that is constant is change.

Ooh a thread from dealsgalore about Morrisons! That's unusual.

So obvious. They should have learnt by now that it can backfire.

    Wow!!

    Thanks Dealsgalore!! What great deals!!!

Do you have any information on any great deals at Asda, Tesco or Sainsbury's I wonder??

Only I refuse to set foot in Morrison's as the staff are all muppets, the food is tasteless and the managers all smell of cheese. It's the worst supermarket in the UK, don't you think?

Thank God for Aldi & Lidl.

(Thanks everyone, I'm here all week).
  • Tesco has half price (£1.29) on Bevita breakfast bars! I stocked up those big time! :)
Asda have really cute xmas stocking stuffers - small box of 6 Ferrero Rochers, Raffello - 2 boxes for £5

It's the fish counter which stinks.. I can never understand the rationale of having the best selection of fish of any supermarket but then not storing it properly !

Quorn mince 500g (frozen) half price 1.49 to 08/12 Morrisons which is better than the Iceland offer of 300g bags 2 for £3. Quorn is veggie but not vegan, egg free or gluten free.
