Santa Train Pickering

Has anyone been on the NYMR santa train? We're there next week and considering it but there's a voice in my head saying it would be fun for baby and make a nice momento (the photo) but the other is saying FOURTEEN QUID, SHE'S ONLY 6 MONTHS!!!!

I fully acknowlege that I'm doing this more for me than for her because well, she's hardly going to remember so I guess I'm looking to see if you would think it would be ok for a 6 month old and whether it would make more sense putting her in an xmas hat and doing the full railway trip the day before minus sant and mincepies?!

Would she not be free?? Its not like she will have her own seat or eat a mince pie is it...

However, it is a nice thing to do and when she is older you can look back and think ''that was your first ever Christmas'' ...

I have looked at the Polar Express trains but we don't have any close enough. I don't really fancy travelling too far. Its my LO's first xmas this year too and I'm doing everything 'firsty' lol - personalised baubles, outfits ect xx

Yeah, she would be free but it would be £28 in total for us (or me as my husband says!) but I'm a bit sentimental and I LOVE Christmas so kind of want ot do everything with her ASAP.
