Judging by this image I'd agreed with Manhattan bridge

Both bridges look very similar. The Manhatten Bridge has single arches through the uprights and Brooklyn Bridge has double arches through the uprights.
I wasn't sure looking at various pictures so resorted to Google Streetview which confirms it is Manhatten.0
