PKW Recruitment - Fake Job Agency

PKW Recruitment are currently advertising on Jobsearch Direct for 'Catering Waiting On Staff.' Here's the job description which I've copied and pasted:
CATERING WAITING ON STAFF.
£6.90 P/H 37.5 Hours a week.Some evening work.
Catering firm requires waiters/waitresses to work at various locations
serving food and drink to customers .
Previous work in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential.
Transport and uniform will be provided by the company free of charge.
With nothing taken from the employees wages to cover the cost.
When I searched for jobs in the UK with that title on Jobsearch Direct I got 39 exact matches all with PKW Recruitment.
Needless to say none of these jobs exist. There's no mention of them on PKW Recruitment's website, just a request to upload your CV. There's also a link through to CV Library. No doubt PKW are getting referral fees for this.
There is no contact address or phone number and the website has been registered to a 'non-trading individual'

The DWP really needs to clamp down on shysters like this. After all why should anybody be threatened with sanctioning for failing to apply for a fictional vacancy?

So have you complained to the Jobcentre/DWP about it? Presumably they can take the ads down and bar the company from posting more, which isn't something anyone on here can do.0
