Asda Grocery Website slow

Sorry, I didn't know whether to post this here or under techie stuff, but as it relates to the Asda grocery website, I'll post it here.

Began doing a grocery order with Asda last night, I was having major problems with the site not scrolling up or down and then just scrolling itself, going past loads of products. Even pulling down the bar on the right of the screen didn't do anything.

Getting really annoyed with it and anticipating the process taking all night, I downloaded the Android app to my phone, I finished it on there. Was much faster.

I tried the website on both Firefox and Chrome and it was the same. I've not had problems with any other websites.

Has anyone else had problems with the Asda website?

i had exactly the same problem last week
very frustrating

what i have noticed is, they always send me a customer survey now
and it asks if you are experiencing any problems with the web site

so it looks as though they are aware

at the bottom of the page on the shopping site, it does ask something like "how are we doing, let us know"
click that, and tell them

its been going on too long now:(

I completed that Survey that says "how are we doing" yesterday. I haven't had the email yet about my shopping order survey, but I'll definitely fill it in this time.
