In Cardiff there are luggage lockers in the Information Centre (Old Library) on The Hayes that are cheaper than in the railway station.

A place in Cardiff city centre can now take care of your left luggage until 10pm find out more just google The River House Cardiff and they have a page on their site about it.

I think they charge £3.50 per bag but well worth it to save a shoulder injury!
