EXPIRED free 12 month contract from T-mobile

Hubby still can't get over his luck in getting this one, quidco tracked at £20 but probably will be declined not too worried though. He hadn't got a contract right now so very useful as we have an ee mast locally so no more hanging out the velux window looking for a signal. Reminder for PAC in diary for 11 months time0

Woke up this morning to find to mobile has took £250.01 from my bank, I don't have any other contracts with them apart from this sim I got that was supposed to be free, it's not letting me log in to the account that I registered for some reason??? I've never used the sim it's still in the packet!!! Any one else had this?0

I have seen that on other places but only a few people my hubby's just gone for the day but he will look later0

Well I've just spoke to t mobile and they added the data roaming and international calls to the sim that's why I have been charged, contract now canceled and sim in the bin!!!
Direct debit also canceled just beware those of you who have took this offer and got the free sim.0 -
But if you've not used the sim then you can't have used any of that sounds like a load of lies. The last is as commented about it was related to credit ratings but I can't remember much about it as its not my sim and hubby hasn't seen anything so far ominous on his account0

Another warning here to keep an eye on your T-Mobile bills / bank accounts. I had £10.10 taken out of my bank account the other day. I logged in to check my online T-Mobile account and found I could no longer do so nor retrieve my password - they had stuffed it up completely (it didn't recognise my number, probably a glitch from it being a previous T-Mobile number that was transferred out and then in again). A call got them to clear my account.
I then queried the £10.10 charge which was showing as "SIM Only £8 - 12M". I told them my contract was free. They put me on hold for a few minutes then agreed - yes, it was free, so the charge was bogus (it had been coded as an "early cancellation fee", which is absolute rubbish.
This charge was reversed without any hassle - they did the right thing in the end. But keep an eye on your statements!Elite 5:2 #54 12/13 lbs (18 Jan) 1st Target :j0
