Tesco Club Points Returned?

Hi returned a mobile on the 11/11/13 & as I used the 'Club card Boost' with my points I am due to have them returned to my Tesco Card. Just wondered how long it usually takes, because 'am hoping to use them again before the 'Boost' finishes on the 20/12/13. Not had a reply as yet via email, thought I'd check here before telephoning tomorrow.

No. You have answered your own question. If you have returned an item, yes they'll refund you points. But you can't spend your points, only vouchers, you won't get new vouchers till the next mailing in Feb.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Keep an eye on your current 'points' total, or you can go into current points details - which should show your transactions - it will show there.
If they don't appear shortly - give Tesco Direct a call quoting the order no.
And, yes they will have new dates.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
