Gruyere cheese ideas please?

I got a free pack of tesco finest gruyere cheese. I opened it to have a bit with my salad and ugghhhh the smell! I cannot eat smelly cheese lol!
Has anyone got any ideas what I can make with it that won't be too smelly, my other half would prob eat it as it is but I would like to try it too (I have to write a review :rotfl:)
