good housekeeping error??

hi folks, ive noticed when doing the new good housekeeping prize draw comps that the retrieval of my address details is always wrong im presuming its happening to others too? most of my details are correct but i have to edit my door number every single time and its annoying! even after editing it the next time i retrieve its not saving the correct number, ive reported it to them so will see what they say. so be careful as once you retrieve your details it usually loads up the advert pages so you`ll be getting entered with the wrong address details each time. hope ive made sense here!

Thanks for posting this, I had not noticed but have gone back to look and doing same to my address too :mad:

It's bad enough that even when I select the correct address with the flat number, the flat number gets left out.

Also instead of No. 95, when I try to enter a comp it shows as No. 79 :eek:

How did you contact them please and I will try too.

hi ellemm, i just use the contact us from the bottom of the page and it brought up a page to contact them if there`s any issues with their comps. it was only today i messaged them though so hopefully they`ll respond tomorrow! at least i now know others are having the same issues aswell, thanks for responding.
