autofill question

I will apologise now if this is a dumb question but being new to comping Iwant to make sure I'm doing things right. I made a mistake last week on a Facebook comp and the lovely LadyMorticia put me on the right path.
Anyway on to my question....when filling in comps are you allowed to use the autofill or does this count as being computer generated? So far I have avoided using it but I can see it would save time.

Using such as Roboform seems quite acceptable.I have used it for quite a few years & have won a few prizes in that time including holidays,alcohol,days out & homewares.
It does not work on the odd form but that is usually a technical issue not an ethical one.

Roboform (and other form fillers like LastPass, Chrome autofill etc) are perfectly fine (thank goodness! Can you imagine having to type in your details manually each time?!)

I use Chrome autofill but (9 times out of 10) the text boxes turn yellow so I have to manually delete a letter or number so it turns opaque. I've always wondered if that's normal.
