So, i signed up to another PTC website.
I had managed to earn a few bucks using them and I've never had a problem with withdrawals. I needed money pretty quick, so i bought points (costing £30) with my mobile.
Soon as i try to place a withdrawal, it says 'your account has been marked as cheater' and i'm banned? I sent a support ticket straight away and they said i got banned because i had two accounts? The thing is i don't have two accounts. But apparently 'they operate a sophisticated fraud prevention algorithm to help detect cheaters'.
I wouldn't be at all bothered but now i'm minus £30.
Anyone want to share advice? possibly how i could get this money back?
Thank you.

Which site was it ? I'm guessing the initials are R.W. ?
Buying points on the website to then try and redeem those points using the rewards system is defeating the point of the website.0 -
As above, don't use the R.W site. Banned me claiming I was using a proxy, told them I wasn't, unbanned me, then banned again saying I have multiple accounts
I've had all the "sophisticated fraud prevention algorithm to help detect cheaters" chat from them too.
Seems to be either a UK problem or a ISP one? (or just a scam?)
edit (12.12pm) - didnt answer question, have you contacted them about getting your money back? they do always reply, just not very helpful0 -
It might not be Rewarding Ways website but that's the only one I know that says buy points on the Radium1 wall.
OP tried to beat the system. They took a risk and it didn't work out. Now the account is flagged up and blocked.
Until the OP confirms which website this was on, everything else is just speculation. I doubt they will get their £30 back0 -

The website was Superpay.me
But this is exactly what their saying to me word for word. I know i haven't made two accounts with them, they messed up telling me i had cashed out from 'my supposed other account'. And that statement is incorrect. I believe they have other websites, maybe they're counting my sign up from two websites or something. Its all just confusing. I've been contacting since this morning and their not helping at all. I clearly stated i wanted my money i paid for the offer back, i don't guarantee it though.. I'll just keep sending report tickets and hoping.Luke, i am your father:beer:0 -

How did you buy the points though ?
Was it on an offer wall or through superpay themselves ?
99 Ventures UK run the following sites - Clickfair, Superpay.me, Offer Nation and Rewarding Ways
If you have any accounts with these 4, they may be scuppered as well0 -

On one of the offer walls, I have an account that's actually still active on Rewarding Ways, i don't use it but they haven't banned it.Luke, i am your father:beer:0 -
So it is like I thought then ... you bought points using your mobile, through the Radium1 wall with the view to cash them out on the superpay.me website for a different reward
Sorry but I think you have a very very slim chance of getting your money back and/or your account unblocked0 -

There is no rule on how you can spend these points. It's exactly like if you was to complete a paid offer, the middle man still gets paid. If they don't want people doing this, then a simple rule in the T&C would solve this. But the haven't placed any rules on this, which means i still have rights. They don't seem willing to give a refund. However, they will un-ban my account, upon receiving valid verification (in form of a electricity bill). I'm in the process of getting one sent, so i can hopefully withdraw whats rightfully mine.
Take note, i didn't get banned for buying points and trying to withdraw them. Soon as i get paid, i'm saying goodbye to that website, such a headache.Luke, i am your father:beer:0
