So worried about Monday

I got a call from another manager in a different team, I did something wrong at work, I was under pressure and had a lot to do. The another manager fixed the problem but now he wants to talk to my manager on Monday, the another manager was polite on the phone and said have a nice weekend but now I am really worried. Should I tell my manager on monday and warm him about the phone call.

If you made a mistake or did something wrong then of course you should ring your boss and take responsibility.
The other manager shouldn't have to!Life is short, smile while you still have teeth

The other manager shouldn't have to!
It could be that the op was unaware a mistake had been made until notified by the other manager of the error, in which case the op was not trying to shirk his responsibility.
I'm not saying that is the case but it could equally be.0 -

Contemporaneous awareness of the event or not, the OP now knows that the poop and the fan are about to become intimately acquainted. An 'OMG Boss' moment in mitigation can only be a good thing and well done to the 'another boss' for giving a heads up.0 -
I would mention it. I would approach my manager, explain that I had made a mistake and it had been picked up and fixed by another manager. As long as it wasn't a major mistake it will be considered a training error. You'll be sat down asked to explain your reasoning at the time and asked how you would approach it differently in future. Obviously if it's a serious mistake it may involve more.0

I would also mention it. Don't let it spoil your weekend. It is done now
