Recieved a family & friends voucher for to have the new Sky plus box and move your old box to another room ( for £49 normally £100 ) from a family member. When I phoned Sky they said you can not have this offer as your are a current subscriber. Well I just thought about what Martin is always telling this forum and went for it and told them to cancel my subscrpition as this was unfair. Alas after speaking to his manager they said I could have the offer as I had been a loyal customer for over 16 years. So it just shows you not to accept what they say. First time I have really done anything like it.

Well done to you. We have found that sky tv can rip consumers off, so it is good to hear you got what you wanted. My husband and i were ripped off by them just last week and i wish we had done what you did. I will keep that one under my belt should i ever be in the same boat again though. Every day is a school day:) we learn every day:)Do a little kindness every day.;)0
