I am not sure what you want to know ?

The application is with the Halifax underwriters and when they have made a decision they'll let you know.

That is how it is. Frustrating, but only Halifax know the whole story so peoples opinion here is neither use nor ornament.

They may or they may not. That is the is the only possible answer anyone can give.

The underwriters make there decision based on the whole case facts not just one specific.

I've seen them go through and be declined in equal measure.
