Hi does anyone know what courrier debenhams uses to despatch Bobbie brown makeup .. I orders a pallete for my mums birthday and its yet to arrive. I tried to track it and it just says despatched ..?? Will it come with a courier or normal royal mail post ,?? Tia

I also ordered a coat from Debenhams, checked the order status, its says "Despatched", says in red, and then the courrier info "Reprinted label". Does anyone know what it's mean?0

I order all the time and it is always Hermes that deliver. Never had anyone other than my local Hermes man.I have never met a calorie yet I didn't like!!0
