Anyone had any problems with The Sun competitions

Unfortunately I have still not received my prize, which I was told I would receive in 28 days. At first I contacted The Sun and they said they would 'chase the sponsors', but I never had any further response and they just ignore my emails now.

Last week I sent an email telling them I would be going to The IPM if they didn't respond within 5 days, unfortunately that times's now elapsed so I've just filled out my IPM complaint form.

Has anyone else had any bad experience with The Sun's competitions department? Or any info on how the IPM deals with complaints?

I won a prize with them at the end of July and am still waiting ...

Fortunately it was sent by recorded delivery and I can track it but according to the P.O it has the wrong address on. The Sun comps dept insist it has the right address on, so I am waiting for it to be sent back to them so that they can re-send it out.

I've had a lot of email correspondence with The Sun - so far they've always replied to me.

I won with them a couple of times (£750 vouchers and a Mobile phone)-they weren't very good with responding to emails etc, but I received my prize after a few weeks on both occasions. Hope it gets sorted quickly for you x

Thanks for this thread. I have been waiting for 2 months for a prize from Disney and was wondering if that was a long time! I guess it's not uncommon - I'll wait a bit longer.

Not sure they realise how often the kids ask about the lego?
