LILA Bankruptcy in 2 days time it will be a year since declared what happens now??

HI all, as above in 2 days time it will be exactly a year since declaring LILA Bankruptcy not a lot changed in that time, so what happens now? do I need to do anything? is it just automatically discharged? How do I begin to go about repairing my Credit file? any advice much appreciated thanks x

Not much changes at the moment you're discharged, your status will change on the AIB register but you'll get a letter soon confirming that your trustee is no longer interested in your affairs so to speak, if you don't have an IPA.
I gave it a couple of months to allow creditors the chance to update your credit file, most of mine were pretty quick and it was just the odd couple that I had to chase and keep writing to.

The biggest difference is the info doesn't drop off the register after 3 months, so if needed, you can go back and print off the extract to show you're discharged.
