Hello,

Are there any other SO lenders which accept 5% deposit apart from Leeds BS & Newbury BS?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Thanks :)

There is one, but it's restricted to Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland postcodes, as Newbury is restricted to ;-

    AL,BA,BH,BN,BS,DT,GL,GU,HA,HP,KT,MK,OX,PO,RG, RH, SL,SN,SP,SO,TW,UB,WD.

Leeds is the only national to offer 95% on newbuild SO.

Don't know. It doesn't come up on Mortgage Brain as a broker or direct option. You'd need to ask them.

  • I spoke to Nationwide yesterday, and their 5% deposit is based on having a "share to buy" account with them for at least 6 months.
    It's only numbers.

Which one is restricted to Notts/Lincs/Rutland/Leics? Would be interesting to know for future.
