My son is off travelling after Xmas for 6 months:wave:
what are the absolute must haves that we shoud buy for him for Xmas and where is the best place to get them?

really though,

unless he's going to the north pole, or being dropped from a helicopter straight into the middle of the amazon, he can get anything he needs, where he needs it, for 1/4 of the price it is here.

all he MUST have before he goes is water tight medical insurance and an open mind.

If he's going to a hot country then mosquito repellent is an absolute essential. Avon Skin So Soft is very effective, strangely enough.

A money belt is very useful, especially in a poor country where it may be inadvisable to flash about wads of notes.
