100% Mortgage

Is it possible for someone with a not so perfect credit history and score to get a 100% mortgage, or a 95% mortgage with a loan top up, we are unable to raise a deposit without a loan.

any advice would be greatful

    Just about anyone can get a mortgage at 100%, a bad credit rating just means you will have to pay more for it i.e. higher interest rate.

    What is your credit score?

    thanks, I dont know my score, but do you know which companies could help. We realy need to get away from rental as its dead money.
