How to contact the Woolwich???
HOPEFUL-HEATHER

I currently have a mortgage with the Woolwich (Barclays).
I really need to have a sit down meeting with their mortgage advisor as my mortgage is not in my name only and there are a few very complicated matters that need changing.
I made an appointment with Barclays mortgage advisor who, although very nice could hardly help me because, to cut a long story short, I have to deal directly with a Woolwich mortgage advisor not Barclays but Woolwich dont actually have one I can have a meeting with just a number I dial and speak to over the phone.
My mortgage is that complicated even she struggled with it and I honestly know Im gonna struggle if I have to do over the phone.
Ive tried emailing them instead. I have been on their website and looked EVERYWHERE for an email address that I can contact them on and cant find anything.
Ive been hitting a lot of brick walls and Im pretty fed up now.
Can anyone help with a contact email address or with any information.
Thanks loads for reading this.

For some time now, Woolwich has been nothing more than Barclays' intermediary mortgage brand. If you have a mortgage from before Barclays' time, you're going to be stuck with speaking to Woolwich customer services over the phone.
There are simply no Woolwich branches left.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. If you have a complicated mortgage then i dont think sitting down with a banks mortgage advisor/sales person is going to be the best route... thats not to say Woolwich will not be the best lender, it just means that in branch advisors are not really the most skilled.
You would probably get a lot further with an actual mortgage advisor - whole of market or independent.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I would honestly advise that you consider VERY HARD whether there is any reason to keep your mortgage with Woolwich; there is no point having a lender that you cannot discuss things with.
If you bought the mortgage through an adviser, then speak to that adviser direct rather than Woolwich; if you bought the mortgage direct then I would consider whether you can do better elsewhere - and use a proper adviser this time!0
