Which food colouring

Options
One of our daughters loves to cook and bake. I have decided to buy her some food colouring for Christmas. I know she loves the bright colours. Can anyone offer suggestions as to which colouring would work best for her. She has 3 little children so get to do lots of baking with them. I only want to spend £15 so this is to be a starter kit. I know she wants some but not a priority. Colours like turquoise etc.

Thanks

In my opinion you can't go wrong with Sugarflair Food Colouring Paste. They last ages, and for the prices on Amazon or Ebay you could get quite a few colours for her. sugarflair food colouring paste I've been using this brand for years, and have always been happy with the colours. I find the liquid ones just make the icing or buttercream too watery, and the colours tend to fade out. Wilton is also another one to consider, and I think they're readily available from the Supermarkets.

Can the Sugarflair ones be used in cake mix? Also are the colours vibrant?

    Thanks so much

]Yes, they can. You only need a little amount, and just add to it to get the depth of colour you want. They do so many colours, so I'm sure you'd find ones she'd like. This place has a lot of choice.
