Jobcentre Appointment

Just need your advice, I got a letter in the post from Jobcentre stating I have appointment on 26.11.2013 at 9.40am as this appointment is for because I finish the Work Programme next month so why have I got this letter so early?
Also what happens at this appointment? it states on the letter the following (Post Work Programme Support)

gg, I thought of your thread when hit by 'I'd given the other impression' "of need no help", yep that's just where dressing smart got me!
Can't wait for the opportunity to wear jeans and a certain t-shirt giving my thoughts (oh and I've a pink baseball hat I can wear!) when it comes to signing off - I might even make sure there unwashed y'know! Got to laugh!
