Resolved Claims Ltd subprime mortgage mis selling

Hi peeps, had a letter through from the above mentioned company, can't find anything dodgy about them with the usual searches, so was just wondering if anyone else has used them or if there are some free templates on here so I can do it myself.
Thanks in advance, sorry if this is wrong forum :)

What do you think the issue is with your mortgage that needs complaining about ?
  • Hi Leon, the letter is saying they can claim for a mis selling of a sub prime mortgage when we could have qualified for a better rate from a mainstream company

Could you have had a better rate?

If so how would a faceless company who have nothing to do with your transaction know this?

I bet they want you to pay an up front fee in return for a full investigation and a refund of thousands?

Why did you go to a sub prime company?
