    Why have you posted on the IVA/DRO board. Are you considering a DRO?

    Have you had a court claim (N1, blue form, usually from Northampton) or just a threat of court action? If a claim, what's the issue date?

    What is this debt? How much do you owe on it?

    Do you have other debts? If so what's the total debt?

    Do you own property, or a car worth more than £1000?

    If you want help on your options, you've got to give us some info about you and your circumstances.
