To all you lovely, lovely people who may read this, it's nice to meet you, I'm Daisychain1 :j
I am not one for rambling, especially over the internet but at the moment I could really do with some advice. Because I am quite a private person I will keep my figures to myself (hope you understand) but could use your best tips on money saving.
I am quite frugal by nature but still manage to have a small amount of debt and no savings. As we are fast approaching the end of 2013 this is something I would like to turn around and have a fresh start for 2014.
I already do the usual money saving like price comparisons on household bills etc but with Christmas just around the corner could use any useful tips, however big or small you might have.
Thanks for reading

Hi again.
On second thoughts maybe I do need to declare my debt after all. It's not huge and I know it could be gone in a few short months if I put my mind to it. The total is £576.41.
Since my post earlier I have already managed to reduce the gas and electric bill by £20 a month and am now going to claw some money back from an old mobile phone which is lying around.
It's more the lack of savings I'm worried about. Should I start putting a small amount away each month or completely clear the debt first then concentrate on saving?
