I have a tub and a bit for a project that didn't work (bath fizzies).
Any idea what I can use this in or for please?

I use it to sour milk for making soda bread, pancakes and scones (1 tsp to 200ml of milk or so), or making cooked playdough for the kids. If you run out of baking powder you can use equal parts cream of tartar and bicarbonate of soda instead.

as gayleygoo says, you can mix it with bicarb to make baking powder - but I use 2 spoons cream of tartar to 1 spoon bicarbonate of soda.
And you can mix 2 tsp of baking powder for every 6oz plain flour to make SR flour.0
