Can't redeem Nectar points online - is it just me?

Firstly sorry if this is in the wrong place, I wasn't sure where this would go.
Is anyone else having problems redeeming their Nectar points online? Since I got my Nectar card I've only used the points on CDs - if I remember rightly, I've already had 5 CDs and not had any problems ordering them.
Now, I have more than enough points for another CD - but the website just will not let me order one! I don't think it's anything to do with CD Wow's troubles, as I've been trying to redeem my points for about two months now.
What happens is: I log into the Nectar website, go to the CD I want, click 'Redeem Now', get taken to the checkout page, click 'continue' (or 'next step' or whatever it says) and then get taken to the same page again, I'm just stuck on Step 1 of 4, clicking the next button just takes me back to Step 1 again.
I have tried redeeming my points against other CDs and the same thing happens, so it's not just the particular CD I'm trying to get!
I have emailed Nectar about sixteen times and they are utterly useless. Firstly, they said I hadn't clicked to confirm my order - so I said, I know I haven't, the website won't let me. Then after telling me about ten times that I hadn't confirmed my order, they asked me what my computer and internet settings were - I said it was highly unlikely it was anything to do with my operating system, browser, security settings or internet service provider given that I've tried redeeming my points from eight different computers now! And since then they haven't replied... how nice of them.
So, is this problem happening for anyone else?

Yes. I had this trying to redeem my points before Christmas. The Nectar website must be one of the worst on the entire internet - looks pretty but doesn't work. I haven't used it since. I think I had to write to them in the end and the vouchers arrived in the New Year and just got wasted on weekly shopping.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0

It always has problems in Firefox, I have to use Internet Explorer to redeem properly0
