Dentist - should I pay again

I having a bad dentist week, i have an abysis and filling fell out, also my crown fell out and I swallowed it.. while nearly choking.

I called the dentist im off there tommorow, should I pay for my corwn to be done again, i only got it done 5 months ago... if I still had it I guess i could get them to put it back in for free... just bit gutted that Im gonna have to pay £200 again.

Any help appreciated

I'm NHS and my dentist gives a six month guarantee

Its actually a 12 month guarantee on a crown. If you are having pain then you would need to get the reason for it managed first and make sure the tooth is capable of housing a crown after that. Also make sure its the same tooth Not that I doubt you know your own mouth but I have had LOADS of patients come in and say the treatment I did last time fell out only for me to look and see its a different tooth ... best is when they are pointing to the opposite side of the mouth. Not meant to sound in any way patronising, just saying sometimes people get things wrong. Get in with your dentist and get it seen to
