Virgin Money name of Mortgage staff

I would be really grateful if anyone knows the name, or job position, of someone I can write to directly at Virgin Money who is actually in charge of mortgages. I can't find it after half an hour of searching on the internet, and when I phone I only ever get to speak to junior staff. Please help!
I have got a list of their Board of Directors, but it is not clear who would be responsible for morgages.
Many thanks.

He's in charge of not just the mortgage business, but the whole banking business
... and the planes
... and the trains
... and the media.
In fact, the whole 9 yards!0 -

I would happily write to him if I thought he would read it - what are my chances?0
