That's great news!!! They have given you all this worry for nothing, incompetent is one word0

Well thanks everyone for the support. I have just received word that my case (now that my MP has made them look at it properly) has been deemed a "Null Assessment" which means I owe them nothing, which I have known for years.
It turns out they now owe me the money they deducted from my earnings, a grand total of £1500+ which will come in handy for xmas.
It really does show that the CSA take incompetence to another level.
Whooppee!!
That's great news, now I am going to ask you a question that we all on here already know the answer to, but I will ask anyway, here goes.................
Are they going to send you a letter of apology?, this is obviously their fault and their fault alone so I am guessing they will be sending you a written apology for all the distress they have caused you, because that is what any decent organisation would do, is it not!0 -
That's wonderful news!!!!:j:j:beer::beer::xmastree::xmassign: :snow_laug I just can't help sending you lots of smilies.:rotfl:
Now make sure you are getting interest of 8% on top.
The apology you should receive will be rather hollow and I got to the stage of telling them their apology wasn't accepted. But Hey! This is your first time in the Kafkaesque nightmare and hopefully the last.
KEEP ALL PAPERWORK
Have a great Xmas :wave:0
