That's great news, now I am going to ask you a question that we all on here already know the answer to, but I will ask anyway, here goes.................
Are they going to send you a letter of apology?, this is obviously their fault and their fault alone so I am guessing they will be sending you a written apology for all the distress they have caused you, because that is what any decent organisation would do, is it not!

The apology you should receive will be rather hollow and I got to the stage of telling them their apology wasn't accepted. But Hey! This is your first time in the Kafkaesque nightmare and hopefully the last.
