SVQ/NVQ 4 Social Care question

Hi
I'm working on the following:
theories of: human resource management in relation to thedevelopment, implementation and review of care or support plans
My assessor has advised me to look at
Kolbslearning cycle, theories of Power e.g. Raven, social & medical models ofcare, social constructionism, Erikson (adult development).
Does any have any advice on how to relate these theories to social care and specifically care plans?

Have you tried reading any of the theories?
this may help a little way to understand how to apply one of the theories

some more help from google

Nah - I just get other people to answer the questions for me...
Of course I've read them but I have been unable to apply them to care & support plans except French and Raven (1960) Reward Power
Thanks for the links although I regularly use businessballs. WandP training forums aren't great as there aren't often many people on them.0 -

Yes, I have just done (and am still doing!) Kolb for my OU degree. And I am not going to answer it for you :rotfl:
His basic premise was "so what?".... it's a framework of reflective learning....how to better practice.
If you find a good resource on Kolb it'll all be clear how you can apply it. Good luck
