Hi all
I just wanted to know if i am still entitled to have a day off during the time of phased return work.
OCcupational health advised of fit to return to work to perform 4 hours a day for the first week and return to full work afterwards.
I normally work for 2 days then a day off and then another 2
Days. Does this mean i get a day off as well? If u know what i mean.
Thank u in advance

If it would put your mind at rest give them a call...hope your employer is as helpful and as understanding as mine was, unfortunately medically retired now but the phasing did really help.0
