Phased return work question. Pls help

Hi all

I just wanted to know if i am still entitled to have a day off during the time of phased return work.

OCcupational health advised of fit to return to work to perform 4 hours a day for the first week and return to full work afterwards.

I normally work for 2 days then a day off and then another 2
Days. Does this mean i get a day off as well? If u know what i mean.

You should only be working the days you worked beforehand. I worked 8-5 monday to thursday, when i went back on phased i still worked mon-thurs but 10-2.

Thats what my friend told me just wasnt sure as another friend told me to ring and ask just in case its not.

If it would put your mind at rest give them a call...hope your employer is as helpful and as understanding as mine was, unfortunately medically retired now but the phasing did really help.
