Pension for 23 year old

Options
Hi,

My partner has just got a new job as a nanny and would like to setup a pension. This will be on an employed basis - obviously she doesn't have access to the government backed pension scheme so would need to setup her own.

How would she go about doing this?

Is it best to see a financial adviser, could she get some advice from her bank?

We have no idea where to begin or what the options are.

Thanks
