I knew my bank card details off by heart… including the long 16 digit card number. I have therefore ordered a new card, and cut this one up! I have also taken all card information off of Amazon.
A Virgin cash ISA has been set up for my and the OH to begin saving together. A DD has been set up for every payday for the money to be transferred.
I will be saving my on my own too. I am doing various small challenges to save my own money, for things I may want / need
I am hoping to be debt-free by the end of February 2014. It is likely this will be sooner, however if it just depends if Provident will accept a F&F on the account in January.0 -
Woke up feeling a little down today as I have no money, and nothing in the house for lunch…. look in my purse and I find £3.50! THEN look in my student account and I have £9!
That is £12.50 I didn't remember I had!
This will definitely tie me over until Payday on the 27th now!
Xmas is a difficult time financially, which is why my £365 in 365 days will be my christmas money for 2014!0 -
£50 paid to Provident, and £100 on the CC today!0

Payday is the 24th.
I am going to be paying the following;
£100 on Littlewoods.
£100 on Aqua
£50 on Provident
I have £100 in savings that I forgot about, so once I get this money back, I am going to put £50 on Aqua - that will be this paid off!
The remaining £50 I will leave for Littlewoods payment in Feb, as I am getting paid less money from wages in Feb, so this will help to pay that months.0 -
My employer has just phoned me offering to increase my hours by 4 hours per week. In money terms, this equates to just under £120pm (before tax)!
