There is one (1) prize to Fort Lauderdale being offered for two (2) people travelling together, one member of the party must be aged 21 or over.
The prize offered includes the following: Return Economy Class flights from an airport of our choice in London to Miami, car hire for the duration of the trip including Collision Damage Waiver insurance A credit card will be required when collecting the vehicle. Drivers must be age 25 years or over. If they are under 25 but over 21, a supplement may be payable of approximately £30 per day; this can be pre-paid if required. Drivers with motoring convictions are subject to approval by the hirer. Seven (7) nights at the 4* B Ocean hotel accommodation sharing a twin / double room, Daily breakfast, Big Game Fishing Trip, $150 voucher for one dinner for two people at SAIA the Asian restaurant at the hotel, £1000 spending money and comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions).
The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their Congratulations Letter from Cloud 9 or the prize may be forfeited. The prize winner must book their trip at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred departure date.
The prize must be taken by 15/12/2014, excluding 14th – 15th February, Easter (11th to 25th April), UK bank holidays (May 5th, May 26th and 26th August 2014) and 29th October to 2nd November.
All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner must notify Cloud Nine at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the trip.
All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated above. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.
Please be aware that upon check in at the hotel winners will be required to present a valid credit/debit card for security for any incidental charges incurred that are not included in the prize package (i.e. room service, mini bar etc.).
Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept any responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will offer a suitable alternative.
Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier.
Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date). For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for online prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be refused boarding at check in or turned back from the US upon arrival without exception. Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine can be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. In the event that cover is not granted the equivalent cash allowance will be provided so adequate cover can be sought. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of insurance will be required prior to departure.
The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
Transport between home and the UK departure/arrival point is the responsibility of the prize winner.0 -
