9. The prize is a holiday for two adults to South Africa for a duration of 9 nights (excluding travel time). The prize includes bed & breakfast accommodation at The Three Hotel, Cape Town (3 nights), Hawksmoor House in the Winelands, Stellenbosch (2 nights), The Robberg Beach Lodge, Plettenberg Bay (2 nights) and Bukela Game Lodge, Amakhala Game Reserve (2nights).
10. The holiday also includes return flights from a UK airport, checked in luggage and car hire for the duration of the holiday courtesy of Europcar. In resort, the holiday also includes daily game drives whilst staying at Bukela Game Lodge. Spending money, transfers to and from the airport in your home country, travel insurance and any other expenses incurred such as telephone calls, laundry, food, drinks, tips etc. are not included and are the responsibility of the prize winner to settle.
11. Prize is valid for travel between 1st May 2014 and 30th September 2014
12. International flight costs covered by Linchpin Marketing, not Destinology.
13. Any additional passengers or extra nights will be at the winners own expense at Destinology’s standard rates.
14. The prize is non-transferable. Once tickets are issued no name or date changes are permitted.
15. Winners are responsible for arranging their own valid passports, travel insurance and any necessary visa or health requirements.
16. The winners will be contacted via telephone or email by 31.5.14. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or is not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
17. The selected winners will be put in contact with Destinology to arrange dates and booking the holiday. The winner’s choice of dates, flights, etc. is subject to availability.
18. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered, the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
20. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
