    Lines close midday 3rd February 2014 and 3 days later for postal entries. Entries received after competiiton closes will not be counted but may be charged.

    One 7-night holiday including flights is provided for two adults at any Sandals Resort in Jamaica, excluding Sandals Royal Plantation. Accommodation is on a Luxury Included® (all-inclusive) basis in a deluxe room with a king sized bed. The prize includes gourmet meals and 24-hour snacks, premium-brand drinks, all land and water sports (scuba diving is included for certified divers only), tips and resort airport transfers.

    Flights provided are from London, in economy class and are subject to availability.

    Resort transfers are included, but domestic transfers, including any flights to London, are not included.

    There is no cash alternative to the prize and spending money is not included.

    Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel.

    The prize winner must contact Sandals Resorts within 28 days of the date of receiving their congratulations letter. The prize is subject to availability, cannot be taken during peak seasons and cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure. Peak seasons are as follows:

    4th – 21st April 2014
    1st July – 31st August 2014
    23rd November 2014 – 30th November 2014
    1st December 2014 – 7th January 2015

    Once dates are confirmed there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation. This fee varies in accordance with the airline.

    The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and is subject to Sandals Resorts’ normal terms and conditions.

    The prize must be taken before 31 January 2015.

    Sandals’ resorts are for couples and accommodations include a king sized bed.

    Sandals Resorts reserves the right to relocate prize winners from the stated resort to an alternative Sandals resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates requested.

    Passports and Visas are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner. Neither Channel 5 nor Sandals can be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fails to obtain the required travel documentation.

    The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

    The competition is not open to employees and their immediate families of promoter Unique Vacations (UK) Ltd and their associated agencies.
