The prize comprises:
a) Return flights for two in economy class from a London airport of our choice to Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, Mauritius;
b) Return private airport transfers for two between the airport and the hotel in Mauritius;
c) Seven nights' accommodation at 5* The St Regis Mauritius Resort on a half board basis (breakfast and dinner daily, not including drinks) based on the winner and his/her companion sharing an Ocean View Deluxe Room (subject to availability);
d) A tasting menu dinner for two on one evening at Simply India by Atul Kochar (excluding drinks);
e) Travel insurance for two.

The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their Congratulations Letter from Element and at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

The prize must be taken before 5 April 2015 but cannot be taken between 11 - 25 April 2014; 5 & 26 May 2014; 1-31 August 2014; 19 December 2014 – 4 January 2015 - and; 14 – 22 February 2015.

The prize winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Mauritius. It is the responsibility of the winner to organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the local laws in Mauritius. It is highly recommended that the prize winner and their companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.

There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.

Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the winner.

Well done! I won this a while ago and, as far as I remember, the cheque arrived within a few weeks.

There is one (1) prize of a trip to the ICEHOTEL, Jukkasjärvi, Sweden, being offered for two (2) people travelling together, one member of the party must be aged 18 or over.

The prize offered includes the following: Return Economy Class flights from an airport of our choice in London to Kiruna, return airport transfers in Sweden, 1 night’s accommodation staying in the ICEHOTEL sharing a standard ice room, 2 nights’ accommodation staying in a chalet, daily breakfast, one Husky Safari experience for two people, one Northern Lights snowmobile experience for two people, thermal clothing for the duration of your stay and comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions).

The prize can be taken between December 2014 and 6th April 2015 but cannot be taken between 15th December 2014 and 3rd January 2015. All travel must be completed within the timeframe stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.

All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip.

The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine or the prize may be forfeited

Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. However, in this event, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

Passports and Visas are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner. Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine can be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.

There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.

Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. In the event that, upon the prize winner applying for the cover, cover is not granted for all the travelling party, the prize winner must seek adequate cover for the travelling party from another insurer. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of such insurance will be required prior to departure. A cash contribution, equivalent to the cost of the cover declined, will be made directly to the prize winner upon presentation of proof of the requisite cover.

The prize winner and their travelling party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travelling party (where applicable).

Transport between home and the UK departure/arrival point is the responsibility of the prize winner.
